In Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, the 710 Edge tower structure will have 55 floors and 70 residential units. Residence by 710 Edge LLC, built by ODP Architecture & Design, and owned by Kevin Venger, Michael Konig, Louis Birdman, and Alex Posth. Building will include 16,000+ square feet and 193 parking places. ft. of commercial space, a helipad on the roof, and an open baywalk.


Residences will resemble One Thousand Museum and have floor plans ranging from three to five bedrooms. Additionally, full-floor residences will offer up to 6,174 SF of living space. Furthermore, the first few floors will include the residential lobby, restaurant spaces on floors two and three, a sky lounge facing the waterfront on the fourth floor, and amenities between floors five and eight. Ultimately, the majority of the ultra-luxury residences will begin on the 10th floor.
